How accurate is the detection

All i want to know that if a person IS detected using some things like NoFog.. If delator detects him using it.. is it 100% that he has it? Coz i've got some people saying : i never used it . I don't know whom to believe. So the question is: can i rely on it fully? how accurate it is?

The only players wrongly accused of using nofog are players on Mac. By the way, it's not Delator fault, but a bug on the Mac version. However I'm already working on a fix for this (thought I had it on the last version, but I was wrong).
