Multi player Voice/taunts aren't working

Just wodering if anyone has come accross this problem. The voice taunts ( pressing letter V) ..are not working in my server..and when I try to use it in other server...those who play my server can still see the different taunts..But can't hear them in the server..( but you can see them inthe chat ).. ANy clue how to fix this problem..???
