Is there a new aimbot out? I followed a player that exhibited all of the signs of an aimbot. 1 shot kills, quick jerky motion and target lock on. All the stuff we are supposed to look for. Yet Delator did not identify any problem. Am I being over cautious? The player did not protest (he did not try to re-enter the server).

Did you do a dumpuser on the player to see what kind of stats pop up? I get one shot kills, but then again the server I admin on runs a custom realism.
We've gotten to the point where we tell people with spaces in their names to connect them in the game if they refuse we ban them. So far this hasn't happened, the banning. We know about panic buttons, but what we have been finding is players with excessive stats showing with the required 0's.

Well, the givaway to me was the way he moved. He could be walking in one direction and do a 180 to a target and kill with one shot. Not likely. I watched him for about 10 minutes before I kicked and banned him.

We've been doing this too - we kick them, if they reconnect and haven't removed/filled the space, we kick them again. If it goes on for 5 minutes, then we ban them :) Delator's awesome, xxx.xxx.xx.xx was banned on this date for refusing to follow server rules LOL
Of course everyone gets fair warning.

The new CI forces a rename. I really like that. Players have no choice. If they complain, I kick 'em. There are thousands more out there looking for servers. I don't have to cater to anyone that doesn't follow the rules. I also like the PJG MOHAdmin. It allows me to force even teams. Another kickable offense if they don't switch when I ask them. I will ask nicely twice, then I will force. If they change back, I kick them.

CI? Sorry its late here.....do you have the links so I can forward them to DK666? We have a big problem with even teams. I could care less if one team is doing better than another....keep the teams even! :x Sometimes I get fed up and just join the smaller team and work the bigger one over to the best of my abilities.
