CI remote problem

I've set up the port/password and user name but I still can't connect using ci remote keeps saying invalid password invalid ip. Any help would be great. :?: :?:

Their isn't a uname to setup.
The only info needed is the IP and port.
Any chance the computer running the main CI program is behind a router or firewall? There is an option on the main CI program to pick what UDP port to use, this may help.
