I'm trying to use autokick...

I'm running spearhead.. dedicated server but can't set a rcon password to work with the autokick.? Plz..give me some tips..

There's a lot of good tips in the server set up and admin guides. On the left click the Guides link and start browsing. ;)

First make sure you are setting rconpassword in your server cfg.
Then make sure you are using the correct IP and port numbers in Autokick. If you are running Autokick on the server the IP is 127.0.0.1. The port is usually 12203 unless you've changed it.

where is the config file..?

in Localize, Newconfig, Objective, Round, Team, Tow..?

Spearhead configs are in mainta. You will find several examples (called tow.cfg, round.cfg, obj.cfg, etc.) that each set that game type and an appropriate map set.

In the MOHAA directory you will see similarly named files (tow.bat, round.bat, etc.) that start a game server and exec the corresponding config. Reading these will give you an idea how its done.

chuckrageous---make sure you read that tutorial, dont try and wing it on your own. All the info you will need is there.
