Make a Admin tool that allows us to switch peoples teams when they wont keep the teams even?

AS fare as i know today.....
That is not possibel.
But mabe it is some hidden stuff in Cod that we just havent deteceted yet.
But i think that IW most make it possibel before any server tool can do it.
Or we need someone to make a mod that makes us abel to swap people from team to team.

Or we can do it the easy way for a start.
then it is only to use the team messages when people get shot or shot at someone to see the team they are in.
Then it would be possibel to make a regular expreson for a clan tag or somthing that warns all players in a team that are not from the clan and if they dont change in about a short time that it just kicks them from the server.
That would be possibel to get in a servertool now.
