delator/help installing

i want to run Delator on a server i just started,i have never uploaded anything to this server(xgameservers.com).
My question is,how do i go about it?
I have a general idea,i know(or believe)that i need to load pak file through an FTP program,but what then?
What do i need to type in console to start Delator?
Step by step would be nice,Delator thread is 22 pages long,did'nt want to get confused and screw it up,lol.

By the way,this is the first time i have had a server and am not really familiar with using FTP..

I'm new myself but fortunatly it is easy, first open mod-delater and create the pk3 file with the setting you want. (this is the one you upload using your ftp client) then once you have uploaded it, run Rcon-Delater and point it to your server and thats it !!! (well almost) rcon-delater is the clientside of the whole thing, it is from here that you can select what you want it to detect and also view who is on your server and what skins etc they are using.
