Anyone have counter intelligence-- need Help!!!!

i have the program counter intelligence but there is a problem, it always say that it can't say the "Unknown command "Say"???? Help plz :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :?: :?:

IF you are running a DEDICATED server, you MUST have a server.cfg, AND have mohaa exicute this when starting up the DEDICATED server. If you do not do this, then the say command will NOT work thru the console.
