What does Modified Binaries?

Ok i was running the delator 2.06......And a got a cheat called modified binaries.....Now what does that consist of.....is it a Scope setting it off a Hexeditor ? What i just want to know what i am dealing with......But the delator is a great program.......So far the best i have used, banned so many people off our server for hacking.....But some hacks still dont come up detected.......like 3rd person .....and some wall hack......Cant wait for the updates.....Great job...
