Delator: Dmz Dogtag not running?

Hi, i got Delator 2 running at my server (mod delator and most of the time rcon delator). But the rcon delator says I dont have Dmz Dogtag running.. Isnt it included with the mod delator if you checked it on?
If not, where can I download it?
