ServerWatch and ping? HELP

My 20 peep server is dedicated and i was staring to use the New Serverwatch program. :? I want all the info in folders that it creates. AWESOME.. BUT :(
Every time i set the max ping to 250 (save it, exit, restart and verify) start to play.. HAHA it kicks everyone out saying "Kicked xxx for high ping of 50 for yada yada amount of time".. This is getting real irratating.. So im stuck using 3 server tools.. I've searched all the readme's and forums. Is it the program? Has anyone ever seen this.. I am at a complete loss.. Please help???????

hehe

this is easy man.
It takes messures 10 times and multiplay it every time.
And if you have sett it fore 250.
they must have a avrage under 25 to be in your server.
if you want it on about 100.
You must set it fore 1000.
