First i wanna say that i appreciate all those guys that put their sparetime in trying to keep Mohaa clean.........no critic on that !!
But all those different tools make me wonder through the forrest, not seeing what is the best or what is the best coalition of 2 or more tools.
Wouldn't it be a great idea if all those modders/toolbuilders or at least a few of them would join up and build one tool together, sharing knowledge ?
Leave the competition behind yourselves, we all stand for one thing:
Mohaa
Just my opinion ;)

Funny thing.... I've always wondered that myself.
I have spoken to some of the others(no names mentioned here) who have written tools and none ever seem to want to share code. Mind you, they are nice and willing to help out a bit, but none would ever share code or "work together". I personally don't mind sharing my code. I got so tired of not being able to monitor more than one server from a tool, that I finally got my little program working and now am able to monitor up to 4 servers at the same time. A new friend I met the other day was having trouble getting his tool to connect to the server, and I shared my code and now he is coming up with one heck of a tool.
I totally agree! It would be nice to see a group effort on these tools.
For a look at what one guy is trying to do to organize this type of effort, go here... http://www.modtheater.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=4402&goto=newpost
If this pulls together, you may have what you are looking for. :D

I think that even with out sharing the codes.
The people builds learn of eatchother anyway.
The TooL Enforcer are coding now.
have taken lots of stuff from other people just by looking at the stuff they have made.
And we have changed a bit on them if needed to suit the tool that is beeing coded.
And we have commed up with some new ideas that most people that build tools will get just by taking a look at the tool.
When the 0.9.0 are put out for download.
we have found a new way to log the game on the players computer.
but it needs a client to get that info to the Server.
So i think the most importen thing is that people build tool`s.
And you will see it will also have the possibility to get the screenshots forced to take by the server.
Sendt over to the server by it self.
So i gues that will make it damn har to cheat with out getting busted fore it.

This is precisely the reasoning behind MoH_AdminMod :D , several of us script modders/app builders have banded together to start things up. Just wish we had additional support coming in, but unfortunately it doesn't seem like it's going to happen (or at least quickly enough). :(

Hammer:
I would love to help you guys, but I am just learning about all the scripting (learned alot from hammer's goodies). I am a VB programmer, and originally, the tools I was talking about were tools for reading the log file and tools like CK's Autokick. I wrote one similar to CK's that does a little more than his, but it is an rcon based tool. I know of a few that have done log readers and such as well. That is really what I was talking about as far as people banding together to help each other out. You script guys seem to be doing a great job of working togehter, I only wish the "programmer's" who were writing tools like I am would band together too. 8)

i agree...i have come up with a little code that loops thru the log file and keeps track of the lines its read already...if the vb programmers for this site would band together, we could have one heck of a team. i for one, would like to see it, but would sadly not be able to participate as my experience is little, but thanks to taz, he got me started with the simple winsock component and how to use it....now, i hope to finish my first vb project and hope its a doozy...

i have seen that the cheat makers are pretty close knit and work together on a daily basis to create cheats...
