unknown command "say" using crow king's autokick

Not very experienced myself but are you making sure that the text you are trying to say is in quotes ?

it's the autokick that wants to say. Command just doesn't seem to work. Neither from autokick nor direct Rcon

Must I change something on the server ?

Sorry Brom u got me there, I dont use either of those as my server is at home so no need, might start playing with them though !

You should be able to put text in the textbox in Autokick and press the Say button, no quotes are necessary in Autokick. Using rcon thru the console, you need quotes.
Sounds to me like rcon is not working at all. Restart the server and see if its working. Try doing a status check in console and see what happens. Can you see the Status checks in Autokick?

If you are talking about using the talk through Autokick.... just type your message in the box and click the "say" button....

This is a bug in the MoHAA server. For some reason, after a server has been continously running for a period of time, the "say" command will no longer work from the rcon (whether run from Autokick or from inside the game). I've also heard that it won't run when put directly into the server's console, but I can't confirm this.

The only fix I know is to reboot the machine the server is running (yes, a hardware reboot - just restarting the game won't fix it). EA has been aware of this bug since AA first launched. I believe it also occurs in SH. See ya.

i had the same problem at first when you hit the say command it would put error it is because the server is not dedicated ....for say to work trough autokick the server needs to be a dedicated server
