mohaa linux server

Has someone done a walkthru on how to install this? Including directory structure, etc?

I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong but here is what I've done...

- created mohaa dir and copied all files from that same dir in my win32 server...

- created a main dir in that mohaa dir, and copied all files from that same dir in my win32 server minus the sound/video dirs.

- then I copied the mohaa_lnxded and fgameded.so to the main dir on the linux box

- when I try to run ./mohaa_lnxded I get a permission denied error msg

any ideas?

also check to make sure your pak files are not corrupted.

This may not be the most space effective way of doing it, but it worked first time...

I compressed the entire Windows mohaa directory using tar.gz format. Copied that file onto the Linux machine, then ungzip, then untar.
The mohaa_lnxded and fgameded.so go into the "mohaa" folder, not the "mohaa/main" folder.

If you get permission problems, try "chmod 755 mohaa" to see if that helps.

I put the files in "/root/mohaa" - I would be interested in where other people put their game files.
