theres a fun server comand called g_knockback default is 1000 around 8000 it starts to get fairly realistic
what it does is when a player is struck by a projectile it knocks them back at 8000 a pistol point blank will knock you about 3 feet back a grenade will throw you for a loop now the thing about this is if you aiming at some one and are hit it throws your aim off witch imo is quite realistic and it hilarious wating a guy that accedently jumped on a grenade fly 20 feet into the air mess around with it it quite entertaining
