How do i get them to work in a multiplayer game? On a dedicated server

What type of maps? Mixed or all the same type (i.e. Objective, TDM). Will you be setting up a dedicated machine or using the one you are playing on? There are a few guides here and on alliedassault.com that go through step by step.
