Need info on a command rcon

I was wondering is there anyway to view the PK3's in a dumpuser command. All i get is the skins, rate and other info. I want to know if there is a way to view the contents of the newconfig.cfg file. Whats in the Main directory etc.. And how do people block thier cfg's.

Dumpuser wont do that.
