MOD Request- Password to join team

Would it be possible to create a mod that would make it impossible for a player to join either axis or allies without putting in a password for that team?

Sometimes we like to have about 6 squad members against 10 public players, it makes matches seem a little easier in some respects. The problem is you get a lot of people that will not honor your request to go over to the other side.

ServerWatch will add a feature soon that will make you set it up so you can have your team in one side.
If people want lissen and change to your team they will get a warning in a short time. and in a short time after if they dont change team they will get auto kicked from the server after some time.

And a referee password, would be fine to, like in RTCW:ET.


One reason, i will be starting some Ladders/Cups in my country soon, and i will have to give the Rcon's to several game admins, and they can do with the rcon's far too much i would like, or they even need. A referee with limited power, would really help me and others.

And, what the referee password would be able to do, would be set the server admin, with the rcon(or set in the server cfg).

I really dont wanna give to much power to some admins, cant fully trust all of them . (restart, kick, ban, and a few more... no more than that).
