Sound mod

I was on a server the other day and they had the coolest sound mod going
here is IP 199.240.91.45
I would really like to know what sound mod that is..
The sounds when you were hit or killed was really cool
If any body knows what that sound mod is please tell me so i can put it on my server....

I played on that server the other night. And your right....that is one cool sound mod!

I asked serveral times if anyone knew who did the sound mod, but got no reply from anyone.
