hi i got a server with password how can i take password off server what must i typ in console or do i need to change it in server.cfg
plzzz help like i want public people can join too.

If you mean for the private slots youi can type this in the rcon

seta sv_privateClients "0"

That will make it so there are no private slots so no password will be required. I suggest changing the server.cfg file to.

...however, bear in mind that most server providers usually require you an extra charge so that rented servers become public. If you are not sure, check that with them, since making your server public could go against your LOA, and thus meaning the end of your contract (and your server).

uhm no the will not kill the server because i dond got it from a company hes just dond need to know i made it public

The "rcon password" is the administrative password. None but you should know what it is.

The plain "password" is which gives access to private slots. However if you set all your slots as public I think it gets ignored.
