Link fo Delator

I am trying to find a link for Delator, so that I can force skins on my server. Anyone have it? Does it work?

You want to use Delator to force skins on your server??? Delator is a skin detector... Now if you want to force a specific skin on your server so that both allied and axis are forced to use a chosen model by the server you will need DMX dogtags located in the download section of this site.
