How Can I Spectate People In 1st Person View With Rcon Admin?

I Know There Is A Command I Think To Do, But I Dont Know It, Please Help Me On This

If what you want to do is spectate people having the same perspective they have you can do it by setting the following server cvars to 0:

g_spectatefollow_pitch "2"
g_spectatefollow_up "24"
g_spectatefollow_right "0"
g_spectatefollow_forward "-56"

I think it will affect the way anyone on your server spectates players.
