CANT CHANGE CFG FILE NEED REPLY SOON thanks

Hey I am not sure if this is in the right place but i am renting a server and have it set up, how do i change my cfg file to be the way i want it, I can not figure it out PLEASE HELP thanks

That's really a question for the folks who took your money to provide you with the game server if they are the ones who installed the game. They will need to tell you how they configured it.

If you did the install yourself, the command line specifies the server configuration file the server will use with an argument like this one:

+exec server.cfg

This will specify the name of the configuration file to use. It is typically found in the main subdirectory under the game server root directory.

it will explain how to use ftp and changing your cfg.
You might want to post your cfg and let us know what parts you are in doubt about.
