Changing In game text

This question has probably been asked before, but where do i find so I can edit, the in game messages that people will see on the server.

i.e. "switch weapons next time you spawn" , " joe blow was sniped in the head by jack" etc.

Which pak file and folder?

If you are trying to do it for Spearhead, it wont work.

ya i got that one changed thanks. How about changing the ingame text for what people see when somone is shot etc..
