If you're running the Linux version of the server in TDM mode, I have a program that will do the trick. You can automatically kick, ban, or do a combination of both. It also has an option for TK amnesty for good behavior as well as the ability to let victims forgive accidental TK's by typing !forgive in chat. MOH:AA has not made supporting automatic TK kicking and banning easy because it lacks accurate player team assignment information. I have been able to get a system working that is based on team scores but it is only effective for TDM game types.
