:?: Hoping someone has seen this beforein CK Autokick...As soon as I put in the IP and Port info for my dedicated server which runs on another box in the house...I get the following error messages...

1. Autokick has encountered an error and will shut down.
Error sending via UDP (UDPClient_Send Message)[2]

2. Autokick has encountered an error and will shut down.
Error reading via UDP (UDPClient_Data Arrival)[6]: Overflow

Any insights would be appreciated....

You probably dont have a router port configured right. It has a problem sending or receiving UDP packet.

Hey I had The same problem to and was able to fix it here is what i did. where it originally asks you to enter the ping of your server i typed in (example 63.190.150.10:12203) This resulted in the same error. I found out that you do not need to add the :12203 if you simply remove this It should work

If you are running the server and the client with Autokick on the internal network (behind a router/firewall) you will need to put the internal IP of the server into Autokick not the public IP.

Thanks guys...in response to both of you...

First Reply: I configured my router ports as per the guide on this website...do I need an additional special port for Autokick?

Second Reply: I entered the server IP Address into the box where it asks for it without the Port Number. I then entered the Port Number for the Server in the Port Box in autokick. With your post are you saying that I should not enter the port number of my server at all? or ?

Thanks In Advance for the Help!

hmmmm are you sure that your router is not changing your i.p address this is what happened to me, i could not get people from outside to see my server. I went out to the list of servers and my server ip was listed differently then i had it set up. If this is the case just write down the ip that the list sees, that should work, if you are not having that problem, sorry i cant think of anything else. Lata

DH when you check the IP be sure to check the port that it says too, make sure it matches what port you put into Autokick.
