TDM Spawn Delay??

Any one know a config command so that in TDM the respawn isn't instant?

"set scr_forcerespawn <delay>, was apparently meant to provide for a respawn delay after you get killed. Doesn't seem to work though for me. "

I am looking for the same thing. I know there are MODs that add this but I am hoping to do it without a mod.
