Do we have a full list of available server options?

I've read posts from Spearhead developers that mention many server options that I can't find any documentation for. Weapon exclusion for example, but many other options as well.

Is there a full list with explainations somewhere? Cvarlist and cmdlist don't give much indication what the cvars/cmds do, or if they are modifyable.

Death found some info on this from picking apart the vote.cfg file in one of the PK3 files, but he has not come up with anything
