Help with fight abouts sniper! This is easy?

This is my problem. I will start the server monday but i will change the axis sniper with KAR98 but.. some people wants the new sniper. SO i want to know if there is a way that i tweak the tik files so i canuse some AXIS skins to use KAR(8 and other to use ohers weapons?
