Changing what is voted for in ded server

Hi all..

It is said that we can change the voting serverside..ie..WE decide on what is allowed and what is not....does anyone know how?
Cant seem to find that info anywhere.

yes I know it goes in the config file....what is the format for it?
Thats what I cant find the info for ...Im sure I',m not missing something obvious :-)

The only parameters I see in the config are ALLOWING a vote full stop..no other details than that

Yep you can change the vote system by going into pak2.pk3 (I use winrar) and dragging out the file called "callvote.cfg" then place this in the "maina" folder and edit away! I have edited mine so you can only vote to kick clients and change deathmatch maps :D [C.I.D]Ratcom www.criminals.tk

You can indeed do that but the playert STILL have the optino tou se

Hmmm..

This is NOT good....the voting system is great , but if we cant switch certain things off, its kinda like having a server which is open to democratic hostage taking...we MUST be able , as admins ,to switch some of this stuff off from the server , or I for one will switch the whole ability to vote off (I'm assuming that works?)..Seen too many votes for things that should be left alone already ...time limits etc ..
Any word on this Chris from EA?
