On the left of the screen there is a Guides section.
Go there and read,
RudeDog Complete RCON guide V1.1
Setting up your server with a password
Crow King's Simple Admin Tutorial

You can also get sample server.cfg files.

If you need help after reading everything, reply with your specific questions.

You may want to have a play with MOHAA Runner. This program will generate configurations that you can then edit further if required. Vist www.gamerunners.com for more information.

Thanks for the help everyone.... I have Moh Runner but I dont really understand what it does...I setup everything i prefer but then what.... And another thing.. Somone told me in Mohaa that all servers costed money and that you could never make a free one which I didnt believe that isnt true is it? Well anyways i'll check up on a few things and Plz reply to this new post :D

You can run a dedicated server from your home computer but you will need a very fast connection. Even the better cable connections can only handle 5-7 players. Most 16 player server's are hosted by companies charging you 70-100 per month
