Custom Cvars

I am trying to run the custom cvars on my server found in the mix map config with messages text. I edited the server config and input the cvars just as they appear in the above config file but nothing happens. Is there something I might be missing. Talking about both the scollmessage cvar and the popup cvar. Also I have seen the MOTD text on servers with color ie, instead of white. I edited the localization file so I have the message I want but is there an edit to change the color to say red for example. :idea:

Those custom cvars need a special pk3 file. Scorpio released one but I can't seem to find it. If I do I will post it in the forums and on the front page of the site.

Sorry everyone this is all my fault for posting the CFG.
I was sure there was no PK3 and i was correct :)

Hey guys I got the same thing.I used the mixed map without the mixed map mod.pk3.cfg file posted in the guides.Changed a few things around etc.I'm also not getting the cvar's to go up.I see the posted saying something about a dmz.I'm a noob at this so could ya explain alitte bit more.What would one have to do to get them to come up.
