Clans getting divided

I guess many of the people hanging around this site are also clanleaders of some kind. How do you guys handle the potential splitting of clans that will come up as some people love CoD and some hate it and want to continue playing MOH.

I can see this situation coming up in our clan and would like to lie down on a sofa and have someone in a white coat tell med how to handle it :wink:

We run multiple squads within our clan. Before I got there, they were all playing Infiltration. When it died, they formed squads for RvS and AA. I came during RvS. When I found out about CoD, I asked if I could head the CoD squad. We now have an AA, RvS, and CoD squad. This way, you can grow your clan without having to concentrate on only one game. Who knows, you may find a super player on one of your other squads.

As Mad said, the [MC] clan runs multiple squads with each squad having a max of 20 players. We still support MOH and have added COD and Freelancer. We let the members decide which games they want to play. We're fast approaching the 400 member mark and it just wouldn't make good sense to force everyone to play just a single game. People play games to hae fun and being forced to play something takes all the fun out of it.
