Anyone experienced any weird lagg/packet loss with the unofficial fix for the game86.dll file? The server doesn't seem to lagg but the players kinda warp, but just a very very very little bit, anyone recognize this?

The patch makes very small changes to the dll. The only time it should come into play is when someone is trying to use one of the glitches that it addresses and that should only affect them (ie they're connection may get weird).

Dunno if this is just paranoid me, but it seems like the unofficial fix has some bugs. Since we added it to our server ppl have been disconnected without any reason, and once today all 20 players got kicked out, it must be something wrong with it, cuz alot of ppl are starting to complain about it. Anyone else have these probs?

If you want to switch back, there should be a "gamex86.bak" file in the directory where you're patch was made (MOHAA\main on most machines). Just rename this to gamex86.dll, upload it to the server and see if it makes any difference.

Yeah i know, but, I just wanted to know if anyone else experienced this probs cuz i dont wanna switch back, even though ppl can get booted from the server with no reason at all, it still keeps idiots from lagging and crashing it so I think I'll keep it :D

If you get a chance, zip up your patched dll and send it to me at CrowKing@comcast.net and I'll take a peek at it.

Been running it for several days now and haven't had any problems so far. No spawned items either! :D

The patch is running on all 4 MOB server with no ill effects.
I have yet to hear anyone having problems with it. :D
