Cooking Grenades and Shortening Bomb Timer

Okay...

#1 I played on a server where you could cook your nades. Is this a mod or a .cfg setting somewhere.

#2 Is there any way to shorten the bomb timer. 45 freakin minutes is absurd (not really 45 minutes... but it might as well be). I swear you can cook a steak to medium while that thing ticks away.

Both of wich are mods, they are adjustable, but they are not .cfg settings. Obviously with that said, they are server side.

A few people have put out the similar mods. If you check the forums, you will see posts on them.
