Recommended Moh Server?

Just a qick question?

Why is a chat-filter requiered for joining the recommended list?
I dont know if u yankees :D swear a lot, but my server is in Sweden
and we don't do that...so much anyway :oops:

Do I really need to use one of the chat-filters that won't even notice the swedish swear-words?
