Increase pistol bullets amount

Hi I have a question (again).

I was wondering if it was possible to increase or decrease the ammount of available bullets for a pistol or something. I'm planning to make a pistol server and would like to have more pistol rounds.

How do u disable pistol in the original cod btw?

Its impossible to do that just like that.

It'll require editing the files which is not recommended.

You might be able to find a modification that allows this, but other than that, i'd be quite hard.

don't cry! It's ok!

You can always have players spawn with a higher battle rank, and therefore more ammo (main gun & pistola).

set scr_battlerank "5" //this would give them platoon sgt. ranking and artillery

Or...

set scr_rank_ppr "x" // where x is the number of kills it takes to advance a level - default is 10 kills per level

Thanx for the comments mates. But I already solved it out. The ranking won't work btw because I was talking about non-uo here :P

I downloaded the awe mod and made modifications to the config so now my bullet amount of pistol never runs out.
