Norton Personal Firewall

Ok, when the server gets full say more than 15 players, and I try and do a "Status" in ASE or AR Tray Spy I don't get anything, I check the Firewall logs and see this:

Blocked inbound IP fragment. Details:
Protocol "UDP"
Remote address (69.44.60.37)
Local address (192.168.1.101)

If I turn off the firewall the status command works fine. Any ideas anybody?

create a general rule for either the dedicated server itself or for ar spy, ASE, to allow them whatever ports (udp etc.) they need
