HLC RCON Updated to version 5.2

The HLC RCON utility has been updated to version 5.2 to remain compatible with the recent patches to 1.5 (COD) and 1.51 (UO).

Like version 5.0, it is available in two distributions: one for admins who run both COD and UO servers, and another for admins who run only UO servers.

If you run a COD (1.5) server only, then you should download the COD & COD:UO version of this utility. You only need to use the pk3 file designated for the COD_MAIN directory and leave out the pk3 file designated for the COD_UO directory.
