Is it possible to change players "allowdownload" to 1 if its off before they trying to download a custom map?

i'm sure u can do it thru rcon and it should work with out server reset.. i know on the 1.4 it worked but the 1.5?

you mean cl_allowdownload?

You could try using the setu command as that's meant for setting client specific cvars.

/rcon setu cl_allowdownload 1

Never tried it so I can't say if it will work...
