Newbie-Updating to 1.5 on server

My friends and I are about to start a dedicated COD server. Your site has helped us out a ton to get the information needed to get started! I was wondering if someone could explain the best way to update the server with the latest patch? I have not installed the server software for COD yet, but I thought I should find out about this before I do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again, and great site!!

do you have local access to the server or is it gonna be dome remotely?

The server is going to be local, set up in my office.

then just download the patch.exe and run it. you should be fine. ( it ;s not called patch.exe ;) )
