Team Killers

MOHAA had a way of warning and kicking team killers, is there the same option in Cod :?: . At the moment I have set scr_friendlyfire "2" which helps with TK'ers, but would like to know if I can kick Tk'ers (also if there is will it work with Friendlyfire "2")

We are running both our servers with scr_friendlyfire "2".....We see no rason to kick them then as it only hurts them :)
