disable death cam,weapons,FF etc

i know i have everything loaded right but it will not turn FF on/off or disable weapons,death cam etc.
it will pull up players status and kick,announce messages and even announce that what i tried to disable was.
i am sure some of it has to do with the other cfgs as far as weapons,but why won't the FF work and others like it.

We have COD UO with PB enabled and i'm using the version for UO.
Any ideas?

It's because of the patch. In order to continue to have control over FriendlyFIre, KillCam, and Avatars, download the updated version of the HLC RCON Utility (now version 5.2) from frankenworks.com.
