server goes time out when entering gunner position

Hello,
i`ve got the following problem on my server:
when somebody is entering a tank/jeep in the gunner position the whole server wil go to a time out. Ive never saw the problem before and haven`t read a answer to the problem so i hope that somebody can help me.
