PB screenshots Never Come out

I never recieve pb screenshots on my server, I recieve my own and maybe one other during a scrim/match but never anybody elses. Can someone help me.

Check the resolutions of u'r screens in PB .cfg
must know that there 80% chance that a screen succes in 640*480
degresing when u up the resolution
but this is my personal exp maybe there's a way to fix this prob

Teabagger, did you get your pb issue fixed? If not, I can take a look at your files and pb-fy your server so all features work correctly.
