Slow down the pan speed in spectator mode???

Does anybody know if there is a way to slow down the pan, or movement speed in spectator mode? Reason I ask is, I am making a video for the 11th Airborne clan (of which I am a member), but I need to figure out a way to slow down the pan/movement speed in spectator. If anybody has any idea, your help would be greatly appreciated....
