Map Rotation.

Hi all .I am new to this Forum,But what a great looking forum.I have a couple of questions about my server.cfg I am tring to write.

I am trying to get a map rotation in it I have set this as my rotation

seta sv_mapRotation "gametype tdm map mp_carentan gametype tdm map mp_hurtgen gametype tdm map mp_ship gametype tdm map mp_depot gametype tdm map mp_chateau gametype tdm map mp_pavlov gametype tdm map mp_brecourt gametype tdm map mp_harbor gametype tdm map mp_rocket gametype tdm map mp_dawnville gametype tdm map mp_powcamp"

seta sv_mapRotationCurrent map mp_dawnville
map mp_dawnville


my question is Do I need the line that says
seta sv_mapRotationCurrent map mp_dawnville ?

when I activate my config for the game I get no ratation it tells me server is not running when I try and rotate maps?

also how do I connect to my server from my other machines? I set up a rcon password.but don't know how ot activate it from my console and what command line or lines do I need to activate command on the server from my console?
