Working Weapon Limit Mod?

Hi there!

I'm searching for a working Weapon Limit Mod for CoD 1.4 which supports all GameTypes ...

I now, that in PAM, codam or PRM and so on there are such mods, but i dont want to install one of them ...

if there is none yet :
Could some one script a new one or extract such a mod from a big mod project?

Included NoSniperDrop feature would be cool

I would do it on my own, if i would know how to do so, but i'm not really into modding stuff

The Problem is, that many of our Warenemys in the ESL Germany are complaining about GameServers with such "bigger" Mods running.

I had PAM on our S&D Server, but after some Probs with League Admins i decided to remove it ...

But now i'm searching for a weapon limit and noSniperdrop only Mod, because that would be no Problem with our League Wars ...

I know, that CoDaM and so on have this features in it and if u configure them right, they are just like the oiginal CoD, but there are so many clans that just don't want to understand that ...
