Here is my problem... why does it take so long to load the next map. It takes around a minute before the "loading bar" commes up. I newer had the problem with CoD. Here is a copy of my server config. Mabey i´m missing out on something.

How is PB set up on your server? Did you change the "cvar_walk" to 0? Are you doing frequent screenshots?

Not sure if that's the problem, but after adjusting my server by turning off screenshots (then, adding them back in with less frequency) and setting cvar_walk to 0, my performance improved.

One other thing...use "coduomaster.activision.com" in the master server list. (nothing to do with map performance, probably, just soemthing I noticed).

The short version is, go into your \PB folder...there, you'll find a pbsv.cfg. The cvar_walk parameter is in there. The long version is that you'll need to get the PB documentation if you're going to do much more, but, look to see if screenshots are enabled, and turn them off (or, limit their frequency, if they're on).

So... it´s a punkbuster problem? I looked in my pb folder and i have no pbsv.cfg file there . Is that file there by default or do i have the make one by myself?

OK, I will show you a quick and simple ways to fix all pb issues from now on. Goto your command line and make sure you are in the root of your game server folder so if you do a "ls" command you see the pb folder. The following steps will give you a new pb folder I have just created, fully updated with the lastest pbbans.dat file and all the files and cfgs necessary to keep the cheaters away. The commands are highlighted here in yellow.

rm -rf pb - removes your pb folder
wget http://files.clanwarz.net/temp/pb.zip - Goes gets the folder I made. The url is not highlighted but include it.
unzip pb.zip - unzips the pb folder
rm -rf pb.zip - removes the zipped pb folder
cd pb - changes directories to your new pb folder
chmod +x pbweb.x86 - gives the pbweb for linux execuatble rights
./pbweb.x86 - executes pb web to update PB server for you.

This is what it looks like while you do the commands. The command prompt is highlighted yellow for easy reading:
