Copy all files and folders from the Setup/Data directories on CD1 & CD2 to the CoD Call of Duty/Main folder.

Just install the program to its default locations. Then modify your .exe to launch the coduomp.exe. I have WinXP and it worked that way for me. No need to worry about what to copy over.

Unless you are unable to install the game/expantion pack.
Like in my instanse, the dedicated server is a WinXP Pro machine but the gfx card sucks so the game/expantion pack refuse to install.(It's a server so dont need a good gfx card ;))

The other alternative is to copy the entire Call of duty folder from an other machine witch has the game and expantion pack installed. This might be the easiest way unless your "upgrading" an excisting CoD server. Then the first alternative I think is the easiest.

Sry ive made an error it's not to the Call of Duty/Main folder. It's the Call of Duty folder directly!

Geek's correct...all I did (for my Win2K3 server) is to copy the contents of Setup\Data from both CD1 and CD2, then run CoDUOMP.EXE just like yo would have (with the same parameters) as CoDMP.EXE. Works just fine.
